Decision making however, is the process of choosing the best alternative for reaching objectives. Decisions are also often divided into 2 different types: 1. Programmed- routine and repetitive. IUK leadership has had to implement these types of decisions when dealing with the current COVID-19 pandemic. They have been challenged to find the best solutions that meet the needs of the students and institution. These are not easy decisions by any means! Balancing the safety of faculty and students while attempting to preserve a high level of the college experience has been a daunting challenge for the administrators.
